Getting Started at The Children’s Therapy Center, Inc.
Starting therapy for your child can feel overwhelming, but we aim to make the process as clear and supportive as possible. Below you’ll find everything you need to know about insurance, paperwork, and what to expect as you get started with TCTCI.
How to Get Started
Getting started is easy:
Complete our Intake
Packet for new clients
Once we receive your completed paperwork, our team will contact you based on schedule availability for therapy time.
Upon placement of your child's appointment, as a courtesy we will verify your insurance coverage and give you "Quote of Benefits".
Once your evaluation time is confirmed, you will receive an email with a link to final paperwork that needs to be completed before the appointment.
Insurance Information
We are currently in network with the following insurance providers:
- Blue Cross Blue Shield (BCBS)
- Aetna
- United Healthcare (UHC)
We also work with TRICARE as an out-of-network provider.
If your insurance company is not listed, we may still be able to provide services as an out-of-network provider. We also support many families who choose to self-pay.
