Occupational Therapy

Camarie, MOT, OTR/L

About Ms. Camarie: I have been working as a sensory-based pediatric occupational therapist for the last 7 years and my love for this work compounds year after year. I deeply believe that every child has potential beyond what anyone could predict and that OT is the most beautiful tool for unleashing that potential. In recent years, I was able to complete my Certification in Ayres Sensory Integration which has strengthened my clinical skills and reinforced my passion for lifelong learning. Whether its diving into the latest OT research areas or picking up new dinosaur fun facts during a therapy session, there is always something new to learn in the world of OT. When I am not in clinic, you can find me hunting down the best playgrounds and parks to explore with my husband, my energetic toddler, and our sweet pups, Ollie and Burt. I also really enjoy traveling, painting and trying out new foods to satisfy my sweet tooth.

If I had a Superpower: I think I would want to be able to shape shift. I think that could really take my pretend play skills to new heights!

My Favorite Sensory Activity: I love messy play activities like making slime, writing in shaving cream and creating worlds out of kinetic sand!
