About Ms. Melissa: I completed my OT doctorate at UTMB Galveston, though I’m an Aggie at heart (Whoop!). I’ve been married to the most wonderful man for 7 years, and our family has grown with kids and a fur baby. I love helping people grow and reach their goals. My favorite moment in the OT journey is when someone realizes they can do more than they thought they could. As Christopher Robin put it, “You’re braver than you believe, stronger than you seem, and smarter than you think.” When I have free time, I enjoy traveling, nature walks, board games, puzzles, and knitting.
If I had a Superpower: I would choose transmutation/matter manipulation so I could transform any matter into something new or useful!
My Favorite Sensory Activities Include: I like digging in the kinetic sand and the swings!
